These are for GENERIC defense tokens, 3mm thick and double-sided. They will be painted light green and bright red. They come in a complete set or sets of (6) per token type, these are intended to look more like the original cardboard pieces.
If you order a COMPLETE set it includes the following:

These tokens are meant to replace the cardboard tokens from the starter set.
If buying unpainted it's best to leave the protective paper on the acrylic, then paint, and then peel off when the paint is fully dried.
