This item is made from quality 3mm acrylic with a total height of 6mm +/- 7%. With it being acrylic it can last for years and endure being the heat of a car. It can always be polished to new if desired.
If buying the lid unpainted it's best to leave the protective paper on the acrylic, paint the engraved sections, and then peel off when the paint is fully dried.
